DirectLine Quicken® and QuickBooks® Conversion Guides

Action is required by users of the DirectLine QuickBooks or Quicken software to download account transaction information from Stonegate Bank.  The bank is converting to a new OFX Gateway server which will offer a newer, more stable platform for communications with Intuit.

The change will take place starting Friday, August 18, 2017, and will require action on your part prior to the conversion.  In order to ensure a smooth transition your transactions will need to be downloaded prior to 5:00 pm ET on Friday, August 18, and you will need to deactivate your accounts within your Intuit product.  On or after 9:30 am ET on Monday, August 21, you will have the ability to reactivate your service.

Please carefully select the guide below based upon which operating system you use (Windows or Mac), as well as the version of Quicken or QuickBooks you utilize.
